Clear skies and warmer temperatures mean many homeowners in Ravenwood Place are ready to tackle home improvement projects. Please remember most exterior home improvements require approval from the Ravenwood HOA Architectural Control Committee, in advance.  This could include painting the exterior of your home, building a deck or fence, installing a patio or pergola, and things like swing sets and other play structures.  Large landscaping plans may also require prior approval. The board can typically turn your request around in just a day or two, but it’s important that you seek approval before any work starts.
