Making Home Improvements? Get Them Approved!

The form to submit is easy to find on ravenwoodplace.org by clicking the “Architectural Control” link in the left side menu of the home page. Once you’re on the architectural control page you’ll find a link to the “Electronic Architectural Control Submittal Process.” Our committee strives to give you timely approval, or prompt feedback in the event that your request needs revision or additional information.
For paint: The list of pre-approved Sherwin Williams paint colors has changed over time and many of the colors have different names. As such, we no longer post a list of approved colors from which to choose. Instead, please submit the brand and colors of your choice and where you plan to use them on your home. (For example, SW Dry Dock #7502 for base of home, SW #7102 White Flour for trim of home, and SW #6871 Positive Red for the front door.)
Important note: Once ACC approval has been confirmed, it is still the homeowner’s responsibility to see that any project is in compliance with all building codes, zoning ordinances and other laws and regulations.
